I. Opening Tom Graham called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM
George will continue to monitor member posting of scores weekly for proper postings and will continue to promote hole by hole posting of scores on an individual basis.
George distributed the 2021 Rules of Competition from the Club Championship conducted at that time. He will review the current local rules and the rules from the recent Ryder Cup Tournament compiling with the assistance of certain others The Rules of Competition for the 2022 Club Championship. These will be distributed along with the score cards and tee sheets for the tournament.

I. Opening Tom Graham called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM
- Member Mark Lewis requested the board to approve the use of a bubble level device on the putting greens. After discussion it was determined that such a device is a prohibited device according to the USGA Rules of Golf. As such it cannot be used in competition or during rounds that may be posted for handicap purposes.
- George Reported on the posting of scores after the recent Ryder Cup tournament. All scores were posted by George and a few volunteers. It was determined that we may delay to a day subsequent to a tournament enlisting additional members to assist with posting of players’ tournament scores.

- Bruce provided an update on the Club Championship. Entry fee will be $ 25. The entry fee will set the prize pool except for the Club Champion who will receive a separate prize funded by the MGA. There will be a lunch plus beverage ticket provided by the MGA after day two of the Club Championship. Competitors in flights other than the Championship flight may select their tee either Pine, Blended or Rust. Flights will be according to course handicap.
- Application for membership as a full member with adjunct membership privileges. Bruce Haney offered Motion to approve Jim Hayek as a full member with adjunct member privileges. Motion was seconded by Rick Knapp. Vote was unanimous approval.
- Next regular meeting dates: April 28, 2022, and June 23, 2022. Time 1:00 PM following the MGA Thursday event. \
