How to Schedule Thursday League Play Using Chelsea

SaddleBrooke Ranch Golf Course uses the Chelsea Tee Time System (both online and automated phone) to reserve, cancel, and edit tee times as well as for signing up for Tuesday League days. 

The website is http://sbranch.chelseareservations.com/members.  In order to activate your account on the online system, you need to log in by using your member number (as assigned by the Pro Shop when your present your homeowner's association card) and establish a password.  You will also need an email address when you establish your account.  For the phone system, the first thing to do is to change your "name greeting" in the system (follow the prompts).

Signing up for Thursday League Day via the online system

You may sign up 30 days in advance.  The sign up deadline for the following week is Friday at noon.
To make an Event Request:

1. Log in to the Online Chelsea System using your Member number and the password you established when you initially logged in.
2. Click on the REQUEST tab.
3. Click on "Add an Event Request" option.
4. Click on the day you wish to play.
5. Enter your Chelsea number and click the Submit Button.
6. Wait for pop-up window with the confirmation number.

If you do not get a confirmation number, your request is not accepted by the system and there is no request or booking.  It is important to write down the confirmation number in case you need to cancel.

To cancel an Event Request:

1. Log in to the Online Chelsea System using your Member number and the password you established when you initially logged in.
2. Click on the REQUEST tab.
3. Click on "Delete an Event Request" option.
4. You must enter your Member number and the confirmation number you received when you made the Event Request.

Disregard the starting time assigned by Chelsea.  All events are shotgun start at 8AM or 9AM during winter hours.  The pairings sheet and score cards will be sent via email by the League Day chair.  Please print your own scorecard from the information that is sent to you.

The fee for Thursday League Day is currently $5.00 (not including your green fees) which goes to prize winnings and is collected when you check in at the Pro Shop.  The fee is normally charged to your homeowner's account.    Prize money is awarded in pro shop credits via your account. 

Your winnings earned by the end of November must be used by the end of the year or they will be forfeited.  See the Pro Shop staff for additional details.
