The SBRMGA Member – Guest Invitational is an annual two-day event. USGA rules are observed.
The Member – Guest Invitational is a two-man team game consisting of an SBRMGA member and his invited guest. The member’s guest must be a nonresident of the SaddleBrooke Ranch community. The maximum field size is sixty (60) two-man teams.
There will be two (2) one day competitions with four (4) flights. The flights will be determined by the combined playing handicap of the two-man team. The overall winner will be determined based upon combining the scores of both days and will be declared the Tournament Champion. Additional flight winners and other places will also be awarded. The tournament scoring will be the point scoring quota system. Both golfers’ balls count on both tournament days.
In addition to the two days of competition there is an optional horse race the afternoon of the first day’s competition and a putting contest on the eve of the tournament.
