If a competitor knocks his ball away without holing it, replace it on the estimated spot and add a penalty stroke.
5. Rules question
If there is a question on how to proceed due to a rules question, play two balls and declare which ball is to be used before making a stroke on either ball. Report the situation to the committee after the round for resolution. Failure to report playing two balls will result in disqualification.
